You definitely need this if you have back problems! I love that it is stainless steel and it is easy to clean. There are little grips on the bottom. My cats eat everything out of their side.

Well I did not need customer service, the seller did send me a message telling me when it would ship, and when it should arrive. I messaged him back and told him that was perfect, because I needed it to be able to feed my cat after I have hip replacement surgery on January 20. It arrived in plenty of time, it's extremely well-made, and so worth the money. Thank you, to the craftsman from New Zealand, because I was truly stressing over how I would give my cat moist food with her necessary medicine every day, when I won't be allowed to bend.
